Is it legal to sell Amazon products on eBay?+
Yes — as long as you do not use Amazon Prime to fulfil eBay orders (retail arbitrage via Prime violates eBay policy). ListerSync AI automatically blocks this pattern and only works with verified EU sources.
How does the Pricing Engine calculate my margin?+
Depending on your German tax model: Kleinunternehmer §19 UStG (purchase price × 1.19 + shipping + margin ÷ (1 − 0.13)) or Regelbesteuerung with input VAT deduction. eBay's 13% + €0.05 fee is always included.
Which plan should I start with?+
The Starter plan at €39/month is perfect for getting started: 150 listings, 480 credits, and daily synchronisation. You can upgrade to Growth or Professional at any time.
What is the beta phase?+

Which API connections do I need?+
You need an eBay seller account (connected via OAuth in Settings) and optionally Amazon SP-API credentials for automatic price fetching. Both are stored AES-256-GCM encrypted.
